This is Adam Shostak, i met him briefly on a working trip to Byron Bay. He walked into my makeshift studio and i asked him to tell me his story. Adam is the fundraising co-ordinator of Byron Bay's chapter of Sea Shepherd. He collects money on street corners by selling Sea Shepherd merchandise. Nothing ever goes into his pocket. Adam works from dusk till dawn raising funds and awareness for the charity. Sea Shepherd protects the whales from harpoons and defends, conserves and protects marine wildlife. This is about his 11th year now and this will be my seventh year on the streets in direct action.
