With a glass of crisp Chardonnay, this delicious Seaside Catch with Chardonnay recipe brings the flavors of the sea to your plate. The fish is baked with garlic, parsley, and cherry tomatoes, which make it taste great. A splash of white wine and butter finish the dish, making it both elegant and comforting.
Ingredients: 4 fillets of fresh white fish such as halibut or cod. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 lemon, sliced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1/4 cup dry white wine Chardonnay recommended. 1 tablespoon capers. 1 tablespoon butter.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Fish fillets should be put on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it. Put some olive oil on the fish and season it with salt and pepper. Add lemon slices to the top of each fillet. Chop up some parsley, put some minced garlic, and put some cherry tomatoes in a small bowl. Put this mix on top of the fish fillets. Add capers to the fish after pouring white wine over it. Put butter on top. The fish should be baked in a hot oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until it's fully cooked and flaky when you use a fork. Serve hot, and if you want, top with more parsley.
