Like a sweetened cream. Some different options would be milk, half cream half milk (just called half and half), sweetened cream, and heavy cream. Heavy cream wouldn’t be so good in coffee and is probably what you’re thinking of. The sweet cream we get in coffee is just a little creamier than half and half.
