Listen: Mazzy Star - 'Seasons of Your Day'

Dream pop pioneers Mazzy Star are releasing their first album in 17 years, Seasons of Your Day, next week, but you can hear it right now over at The Guardian (and NPR). It's been quite some time since Among My Swan but from a cursory listen, it seems like Hope Sandoval and Dave Roback haven't lost any of their shimmering grace.

Immediate highlight: the haunting daybreak ballad, "California," and the beautifully dozy "Common Burn."
