Let go over this morning's ritual.  You see, I am newly retired and haven't really established a ritual.  So today it went like this:  I woke up, not too early, after all I am retired.  I decided to start out the day with some Wii Tennis.  Regular exercise is essential for good skin.  Fresh air is another component but that would have to come later in the day.  I played a half hour of Wii Tennis, not well but I did get a workout.  Ten minutes of Boxing and ten more of Baseball.  I hit a few balls almost 300 yards but no homers.  I was really ready for the rejuvenation of a shower and collected my favorite Arbonne® products.  

I shampooed my hair quickly and wet down then turned off the water and towel dried my  hair and applied Arbonne® SeasSource Detox Spa Fortifying Hair Mask liberally to my hair and worked it in well.  I rinsed my hands and applied my favorite Foaming Sea Salt Scrub that I have mentioned frequently in my posts.  I massaged my skin vigorously for a full 3 minutes or more, another cardio workout.  I paid special attention to my elbows, knees and the backs of my heels.  I turned the shower back on and rinsed my body, leaving the mask for the very end.  I washed with the Detoxifying Rescue Wash for its moisturizing benefits and to insure I removed any salt residue.  After I full rinse I was ready for moisturizing.

After a thorough scrubbing, the skin needs rehydration.  I started with the RE9 Advanced Reactivating Body Serum.  This is part of the skin care duo and I would normally follow up with the Hydrating Body Lotion, however I ran out while I still had some of the serum left.  Today I finished off with Re-Mineralizing Body Lotion 24H.  

I felt refreshed, exercised and ready to face the day, a messy house that needs attending to and a host of computer paperwork to catch up on.
