Another short ciip practicing groundwork archery. . This time sitting on both knees to the side then at a 90 degree angle leaning forward quite low with bow horizontally positioned to the ground. . You can see in this clip that it took me a little time to balance and steady my longbow in preparation to release the arrow. .
