Enjoying half-price well drinks and the $10 Bok-A-Bok meal deal during happy hour (4-7pm)at The Runaway on 10th Ave just south of E Pike St on Capitol Hill.

The type of beer I drink isn't included the happy hour specials, but they do have $3 PBR for those who like that sort of thing.

I'll be here until 7pm if anyone wants to join me. Look for the old white lady in the flower dress sitting at the far end of the bar. Remember to compliment me on my shoelaces.

Strictly 21+ venue (sorry kiddies) and the bartender *will* ID you the moment you walk in because liquor control board did a big "bust" recently of a ton of bars on Capitol Hill for not carding.

The Blue Moon and The Rainbow in Seattle WA.

The Blue Moon, thankfully is still there and was the place for those looking to have conversation beyond what they take in school or what their favorite band was. A place for poets, intellictuals, weirdos, guys hoping to bum a cigarette. Many memories have been made once in a Blue Moon by many.

The Rainbow was known as The Sandpiper for a few years, before going back to The Rainbow and eventually becoming a dance club nobody liked and shutting down. You'd go to The Rainbow to drink cheap beer and dance. A less serious tone, the live music was favorited.

They sat on the same road. Though Blue Moon only remains.

Bathroom Graffiti - El Chupacabra, Greenwood, Seattle WA

I think one of the things I love the most about this city is the instinct to stand on the toilet and graffiti the fucking lantern and the fan caseing. There was more on the literal ceiling, but it was black on black so the contrast didn’t come out on photos.
