i loved the relationship between them and yuji, very much fuel for any enemies to lovers type thing. richie was a lovely inclusion in the season and was suuuper unhinged, which made the story interesting. i feel like the energy sort of died when they did? BUT it lead to a tragic payoff in Seb dying like that as well. like father like son indeed haha.
i think he also provides an interesting commentary on the 1% and luxury, sort of giving an inside look to the tragedy of the lives of the rich. made me gain a new sense of empathy for those more privileged than me. def made me think abt how hard having all that responsibility to uphold the economy is and all that and how stressful that would be! interesting stuff to think about!
