Poppy: “I’m reading all the books on Madame Scribner’s British list of contemporary Muggle authors.”

Sebastian: “And how many books are there?”

Poppy: “A hundred; but then there’s her American list and her European list.”

Sebastian: “…So is this all on your list? To read all these books?”

*She sips her pumpkin juice*

Sebastian: “……Poppy…I’m trying here, okay? Maybe…maybe I miss spending time with you. Maybe you inspire me.”

*She scoffs and shuts her book*

Poppy: “Sounds like tripe.”

Sebastian: “Which part?”

Poppy: “All of it.”

Sebastian: “Well, it’s not!”

Poppy: “Prove it.”

*She leaves. A beat before he angrily follows*
