Well, apart from being a good looking rival to the main lead he was a tough competition to beat with his caring love towards Jin Joo. He supported her hesitant decisions to be the ‘May Queen‘ which her clueless husband completely opposed. He was always there as a knight in the shining armour, when she almost lost her balance, multiple times and he saved her in style every damn time. Left us with fluttering hearts.
Well more than all, he made her believe in herself again when she had lost her confidence and embraced an Ahjumma’s soul. He made Jin Joo feel pretty about herself.
