If dividing up resources (perhaps rations or treasure) then would your OC always be scrupulously fair? Or would they be happy to keep as much back for themselves as possible?
(for any/all)
Thank you for the ask!!
This one is funny, because all of them have slightly different stances on it, and because it made me realise I have 9 ocs in somewhat regular use. They could form a Full Party (minus Masque, they can't fight).
This'll get quite long so I'm putting it UTC
So, from the top, Ater.
Specifically when it comes to treasure, and loot in general, his stance is that if you found it you get to keep it. He might give something to someone else, if he can't use it, but otherwise he'll keep most things for himself. Same with rations, if you staying alive or getting stronger would benefit him then he'll share. is anyone surprised tho. he's voidsent
Now for the complete opposite, Micans!
He'll divide it equally, and he'll do so personally. Does he have some trust issues? Yes. He has... a lot more issues around being the wol than Ater does, simply because Micans is infinitely more caring than his voidsent counterpart. Fairness is so important to him because he grew up in incredibly unfair conditions, under the Garlean Empire, and now as an adult and the wol he has the power to do good. I doubt I need to repeat the saying about power and responsibility here, it certainly rings true for Micans.
So! Domitien.
He would like to distribute resources based on need. For as vain as he is, he knows his life is comfortable and his continued good fortunes assured, merely because of his birth. He thinks that's unfair, so he gives what he can spare to those in need. Be it alms for the poor or a traveler who needs somewhere to stay for a time, he is generous with what he has, and keeps little for himself.
Next... how about Idun?
He's greedy. He takes, and keeps, until not only their needs are satisfied but also their wants. With a taste for fancy dresses and jewelry, he'd make a poor choice to distribute any kind of resource, honestly. They'd rather think of themselves before anyone else.
I haven't posted much about the next few ocs, but let's go with Gefion next.
You find your own resources. He's survived on his own for quite a while in his forest, and he's extremely careful about who he gets close with. That includes who he shares his food, home and knowledge with. That's not to say he's hoarding it, it's just that he can't take any risks and because of that he's very closed off and unfriendly. You're not getting any (perceived) handouts or charity from him.
Mmmmaybe I got a little off track with him. Anw, Etain.
Everything's divided equally. Not necessarily fairly, but everyone gets an equal amount of whatever resource it is she's distributing. If someone needs more of something for whatever reason, that's not her problem, figure it out yourself.
Erravi (or just Avi) up next.
He was in the Imperial Army, in something of a high position, so this is something he's quite adept at! Especially when it comes to information, but also logistics in general. Everyone should have their needs met, as long as supplies last, and what resources are given depends on the task at hand. Any mission should be scouted out first, then he'll divide resources based on where they may be best used. That's not always fair, nor equal, but it gives the best results.
As for Lionnet...
He'd honestly rather not be doing this. Logistics just aren't his strong suit, he'd likely try to pass the responsibility off to someone else before trying to figure out how to divide it himself. If he was forced to, though, he'd likely listen to the group and gather knowledge about who lacks what, before making any decision.
Unfortunately I don't have any updated screenshots for Masque, but I doubt he'd be much better than Lionnet at this. She's weak, not particularly bright (at least that's what they think of themself) and horrible with making a final decision. He'd take what he needs and tell everyone else to to do the same, I'd think.
