Panda definitely gives the best hugs, ever.

Whenever any of them are having a particularly awful day, or just feeling bad, Panda would wrap around them and Maki used to complain and grumble at it, in the beginning, but quickly got used it and takes it now, with no usual comment. Inumaki takes it ease, sinking into Panda’s embrace with quiet gratitude and Yuuta was a bit startled when it first happens, and bewildered and cautious, but—finds he really likes it.

So Narita just kinda half-asses it. And Kinnoshita literally throws himself at the ball no matter what.
