OUR SECOND STARTER IS HERE YA’LL!!!!! SAY HELLO TO CINNA!!!
Like mentioned with Cakelyn, Despite being a starter toon Cinna would NOT have 3-stars across all his stats, instead Cinna has 4 in speed and 2 in stealth, (rest are three.) he’s supposed to be played more speedily, and can act as a player’s first distractor if they choose to use him as such.
Ngl- his ability is pretty much just the same as Flutter’s/Rudie’s from main dandy’s world- ALTHOUGH TO BE FAIR- a dashing ability is NOT all that unique- so- ehehehehehe-
