07 02 2019 First day back working out after a 2 month injury/recovery and vacation. I’m definitely paying the price. Easing back into things. . “When you leave and come back you pay twice as much.” That shit is true. Not that I’m an athletic person in the slightest, but knowing what you could do when you stopped doing something, then coming back to it and not being able to pick up where you left off sucks. . 06 30 2019 Spent all day traveling home, our flight was delayed, connections were missed/rescheduled but we got home. On the last leg of the trip we sat in the row behind first class, and the guy sitting next to us was bringing his dog from Denver. We got to hangout with the most relaxed good boy for a short flight. Not a single bark or whine, just quiet tail wags. Feels good to be home in bed finally. https://ift.tt/2xiwqNi
