Well I can’t really answer this ic since Wash hasn’t met Rise.

..And he probably won’t unless there’s another Risemonger blog. But somehow I doubt that Wash would like him.

Though..That’s how it was with King too, and we all know how that turned out. But?? I dunno, I don’t see them getting along. Or, Rise might like Wash but Wash probably wouldn’t like him.
