Round 2: It all got "whacked" today ... funneled that anxiety into something physical--AND productive. Spent a couple just lopping-off dead hydrangea heads, alone. Process felt endless in the mid-morning sun. But, as with anything involving effort, time and care ... it always ends up being well worth your while. Satisfaction in a job well done brings great contentment, no matter how large or small the project. Far better than procrastinating and allowing things to loom overhead.
