Hello! We have decided to hold the next Secret Shinigami Exchange at the beginning of 2023, which would mean sign ups at the end of this year. We are also looking for another mod to help with promo and art / graphics, and we will open applications in a week or so. A more precise schedule will be made afterwards.

We’re back again to celebrate the number one successor’s birthday for our tenth and final Secret Shinigami Exchange.
This is a Death Note gift exchange of fanart and fanfiction that works just like Secret Santa. You will receive a gift of art or writing from your very own Secret Shinigami, and return the favor by creating a gift for your very own Kira. We’ve had an incredible run, but this will be the last exchange, so make sure to join in if you want to be part of the fun!

Important Update- Final Exchange
We have been running this exchange for 5 years and are now revving up for our 10th and final round beginning this July.
We appreciate all the wonderful content and community that has arisen from these exchanges and want to thank you for your participation, whether you hopped in as a creator or helped spread the joy with likes and reblogs.

Write a slice of life scene of them debating their morals (aka flirting like the f***ed up nerds they are) in a playful way as they go about their routine. You can keep it as serious or as funny as you want.
Beyond Birthday did not die in jail by Kira's hand, he just pretended to and escaped. What are his thoughts? What is he doing now? Will he get involved in the case to get closer to L? Will he try to live life on his own terms? Up to you.
How would've the foot massage scene progressed if it hadn't been interrupted? You can take this one wherever you want (they argue? They kiss? They reconcile? They fistfight? All of the above??? The sky's the limit).
