The SCP Foundation: dedicated to protecting the world from threats by securely copying files from one host to another on a network using SSH.
When using terminal, you quite often download/upload files from/to servers over SCP (secure copy). When the connection drops, you end up with a part completed file.
Which happened to me today and this link saved me from re-downloading it.
