Dear love,
Protect your vulnerability. Be careful where you uncover it, because every time you are picking every bit of your unnoticed self and putting it on the paper or on the phone's screen, a part of you is also wishing for someone to just see it and understand the depth of the ache you are feeling, and when they don't do that, you are left feeling hatred towards yourself, for you become completely empty, you don't even have those vulnerabilities as your own anymore.
I know you too deny that you want to be heard and you rationalize the rejection you feel by working hard on your craft, but it's a thing very innate ~ craving for a little attention. All of us do that. We hide it because we know that the world outside is busy, probably searching for the same attention. Nobody really pauses and looks around. The exhaustion from within is natural in races like this. In the process of winning acceptance, you eventually lose yourself.
Don't do this to yourself, dear love. They are already fragile, the pieces of you that you want to heal. Don't take that extra step to break them completely in the name of venting out. Communicate when you have to but choose the audience wisely.
