Agent Romanoff is to cease sneaking up on sleeping on-duty agents and tying them to their chairs. She may also not push the silent alarm and stroll away leaving them still asleep. Instead, simply wake them up and lecture them. There’s less trauma to deal with later, and the Psych Division will thank you for it.

AgentCarsonis reminded that he is not allowed to remove any of the computer equipment in the security B-6 substation to make room for any of the following:

A Microwave

A Mini-Fridge or Full-Size Fridge

Any Gaming System

 That substation is located directly opposite the cafeteria, and all food needs can be met with a simple stroll across the way before or after duty. Offering Security Chief Dugan a few turns on the illegal Wii is not a sufficient bribe for him to allow any of those things in his substation.

Hate to step on toes, but I think theft falls under my department. Or at least share.

Well, it's kind of your territory. Technically a Legal Dept would worry about the outside world, and internal thefts in a military organization would be handled by the SHIELD Security Department (the MPs of our universe). But no one is playing them right now, so if you want to be a lawyer AND the police, have at it! I do have some memos queued dealing with theft, I can tag you in them so you know what's going on as well.  I'm just getting the word out... coffee thefts worry me deeply, as my own cappucino stash may be next.
