What does it take to bring a Company Public?

Let's start the conversation with a very clear target.

#target As a Shareholder of a Non-US Company to support the delivery an Initial Public Offering on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange through the Securities Exchange Commission by having the S-1 Form accepted through the EDGAR System. And then having a Successful Launch.

Now you have either done this or you haven't!
