I got hooked on this one thanks to tumblr, you know #wailord-weekly? They were posting Ishmael's voyage across two years, but I couldn't wait to hit the ending. So... I read it all across the last semester. It's got its flaws, of course, but I really loved the journey Melville took us on. Plus, it was the first time I'd seen a Wailord portrayed as an eldritch horror!!
