Spring Seed Blessing Spell🌱🌱
If your geographical region is past the danger Frost, you may be lucky enough that you can plant your seeds directly in the ground on May 1st. To ensure a successful garden this year, do this working when you plant your seeds-- or seedlings oh, if you started them in pots during the late winter-- into the ground. If you don't have room for a full size Garden, don't worry. You can grow your herbs, flowers, and veggies in containers instead!
Materials:
Gardening tools
Packets of seeds or seedlings
🌱Use a shovel or hoe to loosen the soil, and don't be afraid to put your hands right into the Earth. Take the time to connect with your land. Feel the soil beneath your feet, the Sun in the sky, the warm on your face.
🌱Get down on the ground and use your fingers to make holes for your seeds. Drop a seat or two in each hole, and as you do, say:
May the soil be blessed as the land grows warm
Maybe seeds be blessed as the Earth becomes fruitful
Bringing forth the garden anew
🌱Cover each seed with the loose soil, and as you do, offer up a simple thanks for the Bounty you'll be seeing in the coming months.
🌱Water your garden, and know that you've created something wonderful
