I wish you were here. I wish I could feel your strong arms around me again, the way geo thrummed under my ear when I pressed my head to your chest. I miss the way you hummed softly, even the the way you growled when you were frustrated or angry or protective. I felt safe when I was around you, and i am honored that you would bless me with your compassion and time. You saw in me something I still can not see in myself, but I will not stop fighting to be the hero you believed I could be.
