Did you catch Terry Crews' Christmas painting show?
Oh you mean the one that I watched and then streamed in the background for seven hours today?
Hell yes, I did.

Ya know when you have a 90 degree angle? That's the 'inside' corner, and the opposite, the 270 degree outside, is the outside corner... Which is what I meant... If that makes sense?
I... think so? lmao
Bacon Mac n cheese pot pies are a thing that exist now.
We truly live in the dumbest timeline.
Hey Wil! I'm about to DM my first D&D campaign and I had an idea that maybe you or your minions could offer ideas/opinions on? I like point buy for creation since it allows more creative freedom, but to add depth, I'm thinking this: All attributes start at 8, players have 21 points to spend, then they can earn 2 more points per disadvantage they take, up to 6 points. For example, Arachnophobia; Disadvantage on all attack rolls against Arachnids. Or, social Anxiety; disadvantage to social rolls
This is a fantastic idea, and it’s really similar to the point buying, advantages/disadvantages system that GURPS uses.
Consider limiting the number of disadvantages a player can take, and assign a point value to them that reflects how severe they are. So a 1 point disadvantage isn’t nearly as strong as a 5 point one. For example, a 1 point Arachnophobia disadvantage would be like, mild discomfort, while a 5 point would be crippling fear and terror that overrides everything else in that character’s life.
The idea is that disadvantages should give player characters some depth and shading (5e allows for this, and encourages it by suggesting that DMs give advantage to players who do something that roleplays a disadvantage, especially when it is literally disadvantageous to the player). The thing to watch for is players adding disadvantages to get points they can use to improve their stats, and then not incorporating the disadvantage into the character during play.
If you like this system (I think it’s great, btw) then you may also want to look at how FATE does compels and similar actions.
Remember: it’s your game, so you can steal from as many systems as you want to make it something you and your players will enjoy.
Have fun!
Hey Wil! I've been asking a lot of people about their writing process and I thought I would get your input if you're willing to share. When writing a novel, do you keep one master document, or divide each chapter into their own document?
I work in one master document, but I save a copy every day that goes onto my server as a backup.
Have you ever considered doing full cast radio dramas? Like the original Hitchhiker's Guide and Gunsmoke and such?
Yeah, I’ve read a few books that I thought would be fantastic candidates for full cast recordings. The challenge is getting the rights to do them from publishers who don’t understand why it would be awesome.
Deep Fried Watermelon from the L.A. Fair?
Deep fried ANYTHING from the LA Fair.
Did you know that Wesley Crusher's sweater is now a Lapel Pin available on Etsy?
I made some earlier this year, but I haven’t seen the ones on Etsy. I hope nobody yanked my design.
