Unexpected Friday night: meeting a longtime follower of your blog in the guise of your former teachers’ new student! Super cool (even if I am an awkward manchild at times)! @seekerphaedrus

Since you're around RI, I was wondering if you knew of a good place to find crystals in the area? Specifically, I've been trying and failing to find a piece of agate, and would rather not have to buy one online. (Mother Mystic didn't have any.)
Geoclassics was a place out on Bowen's Wharf in Newport but it closed within the last year. They still have their Boston place (Uh, Faneuil's Hall I think?)
Nature's in Portsmouth and Tiverton. Their website's down but they're still kicking as of a year and a half ago.
Apple Valley Minerals was still in business when I last drove by it. That's out in Smithfield on Homestead St.
Magick Mirror in Bristol likely has some but their hours are so fucking weird I haven't been able to actually go there in years. Go early, they close by five and typically aren't open until noon.
Mother Mystic (in Providence for those following along elsewhere) did get some new shipments in, according to her facebook but I can't rightly recall what that stone shipment entailed of.
The Sage Cauldron in Coventry has some, if their stock from Rhode Island Pagan Pride Day was anything to go by. I don't get out to Coventry much so I haven't visited it yet.
The Silver Willow in Rehoboth, MA does sell crystals although their stock is limited and their customer service often leaves much to be desired. There is/was a Hoodoo place off in Warwick I believe but I've no clue if they're still around. They were as of August. Haven't been there so I can't confirm if they have crystals.
The Silver Dragon in the Emerald Square Mall (No. Attleboro, MA) closed so you're out of luck there. There was a mineral shop in Providence Place Mall years and years ago and I was really sad to see that disappear. Some of the New Age shops around the state have stones. These stores pop up and disappear along Route 114 towards Newport from Providence all the time. There's a lot more shops around if you're willing to take the hike to Boston.
Quick heads up for folks looking to browse though - many of the occult shops have cultural appropriation among other questionable materials or practices hanging around. Almost all of the occult shops are Neo-Wiccan based so go in there with that in mind. Steel yourself and good luck!

The more I learn about your art and work, the more impressed I am.
Thank you :) I'm always happy to answer questions, too!
