The WiFi network in my neighborhood that was named "JESUSSAVES" is now called "JESUS IS WATCHING YOU." I mean... am I supposed to feel bad for trying to use their WiFi that one time? I don't.
Plus, I live in the Bible Belt, so someone is actually really proud of that name.
Sometimes when I'm bored I go on youtube and watch Kirk Cameron talk about various social issues. At first I laugh because it's bullshit, then I get sad. Because people believe that bullshit.
I just read that the Church of England is going to allow female bishops, which naturally has a select minority of people very upset. But what's surprising to me (but I guess not really that surprising) is that some of the opposition are women. So... not only have you accepted that your beliefs treat you like a second-class human being, you also actively defend that mindset when the rest of the world says "Hey, that's not really acceptable."
I don't understand, but okay.
