My job is incredibly social...I feel like I'm always "on". My alone time is sacred to me. I ride, read, blog, swim, work on my music and SLEEP. At the point I feel my cup is full...well...then it's time to have fun! 👑

that is perfect.  i always say you cannot give out of a dry well and it's so important to recharge and regroup and fill ourselves up with what builds us up and fulfills us.
