A soft sigh left Kyouhei's mouth as he heard the sound of waves washed over him. It had been a while, a long while, since he had last been to the beach. In fact, the last time that he remembered being at the beach was back when he had still been living with his family. Such a long time ago...
Giving a small smile, Kyouhei chuckled softly before lying back against his blanket. Thankfully, it wasn't that hot outside, with the sun only beating down lightly. So, that made it easier for him to sit out in the sun without burning. Because quite honestly, Kyouhei tended to burn pretty easily in hot weather. Perhaps that was one of the reasons why Kyouhei didn't really go out to open places in the summer without a lot of sunscreen.
Turning his head to the side slightly, Kyouhei watched as several people and couples walked past him, all of them smiling in happiness and peace. Blinking for a few moments, he slipped his arms behind his head and took in a deep breath before shutting his eyes. He imagined the sight of the sea as he heard the waves crash against the shore. He could see the kids playing with several Pokemon in his mind, running along the sandy beach sides.
While he was daydreaming, Kyouhei never noticed when a stray beach ball suddenly came flying his way until it ended up hitting him right in the face. Sputtering suddenly, Kyouhei quickly sat up, brushing sand and water out of his eyes. Giving a soft whine, he blinked his eyes several times to make sure that he didn't have anything in his eyes. Then, he glanced up in the direction where the ball came from, watching as someone came running towards him.
Narrowing his eyes a bit, Kyouhei gathered the ball in his hands before holding out to the person who walked up to him. "I think this is your's?" he asked with a raised eyebrow.
