Saturday.

So today is going to be epic. 

Driving down to Seenigama with Lakna and Shabnam, two work besties. 

We're going with Mama and Nanna too! 

On the agenda: 

Watch the Seenigama Perahera - full of colour. 

Frolic at the beach. 

Gorge on yummy rotis at The Roti Kade in Hikkaduwa. 

I can't wait. :)

Happy place.

So I'm in Seenigama, my favourite place to chill at during a weekend. Sure, the sun's in my face all the time but I can never get enough of the constant breeze ruffling through my hair or the fact that getting just a mere glimpse of the sea makes me happy. I bet it's more than just capturing the perfect shot of the colourful lanterns at night or being able to get a perfect and unparalleled view of the moon just before I head off to sleep.

The food's perfect too and getting some reading done here is absolute bliss. Planning to head on to the Devalé in the evening to get some shots of the sun setting. 

I love this place.  I truly do.
