Floret's rings are indeed her rings from her marriage with Maisie! Both her engagement ring and her wedding ring. The hoops on her arms are a pair of oversized bracelets. She partially uses them as a way to control her ESP in case it did go out of control, but also she just likes being pretty. Her bracelets were likely a gift from her teacher, and since she's a very old Astral now, it's likely that this teacher has long since passed.

Floret knows quite a lot of languages, and is often the diplomat of the GSA for other solar systems. Her not needing a translator certainly helps with extending a hand to the other nations for help. She wasn't good at it at first, to say the least! She had to learn quite a lot of languages and learn to speak them fluently. Thankfully, even in modern day, she hasn't lost touch with a single one.
