We have a therapy appointment today for the first time in over a year.

I'm going to talk about the alters. I have to. It's getting hard to manage. But.

I've never done this. It's been going on for more or less 15 years but I've never mentioned them once because I was too ashamed.

Now Sage is freaking out because Josie's phone broke or something and now they're having an anxiety attack about everything.

And I can't do anything right now but to lay in bed, feeling my heart pound and trying to calm us down.

Sage, it's okay.

We're going to be okay.

Please just calm down.
