"Thank you for calling the God Yato! I will fix any problem you have for the low, low price of 5 yen! What can I do for you??!"
Unexplained bad luck, hm? Sounds like Kofuku's doing again. But, when the man said his finances were one of the only things left untouched, it piqued the god's interest even more.
"Yukine!" he barked, even though the shinki was standing right beside him, eavesdropping on the call. "We have a job to do."
In a flash the two males were at the man's doorstep and Yato confidently knocked on their customer's door and it was hesitantly opened. After a very shy man with a balding head and glasses greeted them, Yato got the full story and soon, it became obvious why this man was so troubled; dozens upon dozens of tiny, fist-sized phantoms are running rampant in this guy's apartment.
As soon as Yukine was summoned as a weapon, the phantoms all panicked and fled the man's home and spread out in all directions in the immediate area around them.
"...You have got to be fucking kidding me..."
The man apologized vehemently and offered to pay Yato more money which, he declined without missing a beat. Even with the time crunch of getting this job done within the 24 hours specified, Yato could not accept anything more then 5 yen. Which angered Yukine, obviously.
"Let's go, Yukine!"
