Okay so in hnk phos doesn’t just become human bc they now comprise of all 3 parts of what we’re human (the bone body soul thing) it’s because they change, right? But the thing is, so do the other gems. For a long time (centuries to thousands of years), all these characters were stuck in their ways, stuck in sucky codependent relationships(dia and bortz is a huge one), stuck in isolation(cinna obv), just stuck, but there was a catalyst. As Phos changed they forced the others around them to change, either directly or indirectly (ghost/cairn pretty directly, bortz indirectly, I could go in depth with the examples but ehh). So like phos becoming human isn’t just them changing, it's them being able to create change in the people around them.
