throwback to one of the tournaments I competed in last year :-)

I am super duper nervous but fingers crossed these last few days of training will all pay off ~^-^~

Seiyunchin has an interesting history with our style, Shuri-ryu.

Grand Master Trias borrowed a little from both Shuri and Naha styles, and Sanchin has been a part of Shuri-ryu from the beginning. However, while he reportedly really liked Seiyunchin, he never got around to formally adding it to the style or including it in our style manual, The Pinnacle of Karate. 

Within the last several years, my teacher, Shihan Joseph Walker (8th dan and a chief instructor of Shuri-ryu), started teaching it to brown belts, and it is now a required kata for all shodan candidates. Other Shuri-ryu chief instructors are familiar with and run the kata, but I’m not certain whether any of them have included it in their curriculum or testing yet.

At any rate, it’s an interesting kata, and I enjoy it. It carried me to 2nd place in one of our school tournaments, too.

Hi, have you got any themes that have 2 to 4 columns with a sidebar on the RIGHT hand side (sorry about the caps)? It's preferable if the pics aren't all stuck together and if the background is white. Trying to go a little on the lines of my current theme bit with more columns :) Thankyou in advance :)
