When you don’t feel like going outside, ordering food was always the right ting to do. When he had a bakery ad inside of his mail while arriving into his apartment, something in him craved freshly baked bread... So even if it was a uncommon thing to order, he did it.
Once his doorbell rang and he opened his door, there was a uncomfortable feeling coming up inside of him, when looking at the delivery guy. Why did he look like... No, he didn’t. He was just imagining it, they had a similar haircut, but that was it. Yeah, definitely just his imagination. How embarrassing that he was just staring at him, instead of greeting him though...
“Ah, I didn’t mean to stare...” He started to apologize. “You just look a little like someone I know.” And someone he stole the identity of, not that this mattered now though. He wouldn’t like to talk any more about this, so it was time to drift away quickly from that topic. “I didn’t know bread delivery was a job around here...” Though, before he got self employed, he was a job hopper as well and practiced a lot of (to him) annoying jobs like that too.
“I’m pretty new here, so I don’t have a lot of... dust?” What a weird name for a currency, and stars wasn’t any better, which he had none of until now. “Sorry, I still have to get used to this whole system. But I still give you a tip, uh, thanks for coming over.”
