In which Celeste Newsome has the power to make her skin as tough as diamonds and can control ice, and America Singer has a voice that can make mountains move and shatter ear drums. Neither knows the either’s identity, with America under the alias Red Siren, and Celeste as Black Diamond.

They team up to take down the corrupt justice system, working their way up to the top. Celeste is more brutal than America, but they fall in love anyway.
