I cut for the first time in gosh...over six months definitely I even wanna say a year but I’m not sure. I was so upset about my brother (more things happened) and feeling bad and the hurt I was feeling and I just couldn’t handle it.....and I’m still pretty triggered and depressed and I don’t know....

can you guys send me things or messages or ask me things about myself or idk idk idk

I wish I had either cigarettes , alcohol, or a blade. It's that bad and I don't know why but it might be because my parents made me give back my sisters scissors that I hid months ago cos I didn't want her hirting herself
