you’ve watched that movie/series… you’ve imagined it how its gonna be with you & your favourite… but that idea just always got pushed back! WITH THIS LITTLE EVENT CINEMATIC ‘YOU’NIVERSE I WANT YOU ALL TO BRING THAT IDEA BACK TO LIFE ! A FANTASY SAGA.. LOVE TRIANGLE? KIMI NO NAWA? THERE IS NO LIMIT! MAKE IT AS DRAMATIC AS YOU WANT IT TO BE!

Rules:

open for all ARTISTS. (non followers | followers | mooties). multiple entries are allowed. and all art styles are welcomed from rough - edgy - sketchy to chibi - dreamy - fantasy.. your art style!

ALL SHIPS (SELFSHIP / OC X CANON / CHAR X CHAR) ARE WELCOMED AND NO AGE LIMIT. MULTIPLE / CROSS SELFSHIPS ARE WELCOMED TOO!! NO PROSHIPS.

it can be a movie redraw scene / a movie poster or something a mix of your imagination. sky is the limit!

please make sure you give your movie a title… and add it in the artwork with all the little tiny production details to give it a feel! it can be a previously released movie with you and your faves as the new co-stars or word/phrase of your choice! a small follow up blurb/plot (your choice) is optional but is encouraged to add to the suspense!

there is no deadline for this event for the near future and is open!

~ To My S/I (UPDATE: September 2019 ~ One Year Anniversary Edition) ~

Time sure goes fast when you write letters to your F/O’s every second month, right? One year of this event is now behind us, and it’s time to CELEBRATE!!

YES, you heard it right! To My S/I is back, and this time is going to be a wild ride full of love, hearts, and (happy) tears! ARE Y’ALL READY??

What’s that? You don’t know what this event is? Here’s an FAQ page for ya, but do ask if your question isn’t on the FAQ!

Last month, I opened up for suggestions on how to celebrate this lovely anniversary, and I appreciate all the ideas I’ve recieved from you guys! Thank you! However, there was ONE idea that glowed with inspiration. (Thank you, anon!)

For you see, this To My S/I event will have a small twist.. 

YOU GUYS will write a letter to your F/O’s FIRST. 

THEN, your F/O’s will send you a RESPONSE letter in return!

That way, it’ll not only feel more special to recieve/write letters, but it’ll also make it MUCH easier for people who want to write letters, but don’t know what to say! Win/win, right?

Keep in mind, this special task is LIMITED to this anniversary ONLY. Once we move on to November, it’ll go back to just like it was before.

A question for Grillby, If you don’t mind answering, like seriously you can ignore me. Could you share some war memories? I’m sorry

“I suppose there is one that comes to mind I don’t mind sharing.” 

He takes a seat, pouring a drink for himself and one for you. 

“It was right after we finally got off of those awful boats that carried us from Scotland to a place we hoped we could live in peace. We were working at establishing a semi permanent residence for the monsters who couldn’t fight. There was one night in particular where I was sitting with some companions. One of them in particular was a rather small monster, a mousy sort of gal. She was called Nin by most and she had a knack for sneaking in and out of places without being seen. So she of course headed many of the scouting teams in spying on the human villages to make sure that they weren’t preparing for war like they had been across the sea. She had just got back and we were celebrating her safe return when she pulled out several small bags. 

“Sparks!” she said to me, her large ears twitching in that way I knew meant she was hiding laughter. “Do me a favor and eat a pinch of each of these.” 

I was of course immediately suspicious, which only worsened when Gaster took a look inside, took a pinch of the stuff and sniffed and started laughing. But he assured me it would be safe (‘Probably!’ was his actual wording) but I trusted him and took a handful of the powdery stuff inside and swallowed it. 

Whatever it was, it was bitter and it made my entire head go pink for several seconds. Everyone was absolutely howling with laughter while I coughed and sputtered. Turns out the particular village Nin investigated had a unique way of signaling messages to each other through fire colors and she snatched several different kinds. They insisted that I try each ‘flavor’ and laughed until they cried with every different color I turned.” 

Grillby smiles warmly. “It was worth the discomfort and bad taste.”

Stand:  Depeche Mode Power: C Speed: B Precision: D Durability: B Potential: B Range: B Ability: B Abilities:   Enjoy the Silence:  Mutes/deafens people in a small radius. Soothe My Soul: Uses sound waves to gradually heal or numb pain.  

Overall, a pretty average Stand, and Daryll uses Enjoy the Silence a lot to control her temper by controlling those around her.  The Soothe My Soul ability works best to numb pain for others.  Daryll uses it a lot to get someone somewhere where they can get better help.

Your F/O’s have appreciated every single response they’ve recieved from you, and they’re more than happy to continue to serenade you with their letters and messages. However, now that you think about it.. perhaps it’s time to see their reaction to your letters? While they’re busy writing letters to you, you decide that today.. will be the day you return the favor.”

I hereby declare that the «To My S/I» event’s special edition.. OPEN!!

This weekend, as I mentioned, will have a small twist.. This time, YOU can write a letter to your F/O’s, and they will send you a response in return!

HERE’S HOW YOU DO IT:

Make a text post where you write your letter to your F/O’s. You can only make text posts for one F/O at a time!

Use the tag #to my s/i: special edition when you post it. This is VERY important, so we don’t accidentely confuse people about what this new addition is alkgjlkgjgslk--

Wait for a response letter! You’ll recieve them either as an ask, or a submission from the Czar.

Once you get the response letter, REBLOG YOUR ORIGINAL POST AND ADD THE RESPONSE AS A SCREENSHOT. PROFIT.

They don’t accept anons? Go to the Czar. (I’m the Czar!)

Send them the love letter, and tell them who you’re sending it to.

Watch as the Czar delivers the letter to that said blog from that said F/O(‘s) ((HAVE YOUR SUBMISSION BUTTON ON!))
