Personal Self- help shiz from shower thoughts
I've noticed a lot lately that I've been much more fatigued and irritable, and I just don't feel like doing anything, especially when I get off work. I'm sure my friends and family have noticed it lately. Idk what it is; with me, it could either be something physical like hypo- thyroid or chronic fatigue or maybe something more mental like possibly mild to moderate depression.
I'm making a doctors appointment soon for a regular check up, so I'm gonna ask him what he thinks and I may get blood work done. But if it is something more mental (I have gone through a lot of weird medical things the last few months and it has probably taken a toll on me mentally) I'm right now trying to push myself to be more positive about things, kind of like the "Yes Man" approach. It's very similar to CBT, and it does work very well. It will hopefully make me feel like myself again soon if I keep it up, because this feeling sucks.
