For the Fanfic Writing Asks game: So many good questions! It's hard to pick! I would love to know your answers for 5, 74, and/or any other question that you have a good answer for (that you are hoping someone will ask)!
Thanks!
5) How many wips do you have? What fandoms/pairings are they for? I gave up counting once I reached 50. So... a lot for Star Trek. If I had to estimate, over 100 ideas that I've fleshed out enough to call wips. This is ignoring the stuff that's just a random sentence of an idea. The ones I am actively working on right now (about 3-5 fics) are for spones and spirk though.
74) Do you have a fic you wish got a bit more love? what remains unsaid, the second trek fic I posted. It's a 5+1 format about Kirk's non-existent relationship with his son. The fic doesn't have any relationship tag, so it's no surprise it didn't get a ton of attention, but at the time I was really proud of that fic.
and I'll give an answer as well to:
25) What’s your favorite part of the writing process (worldbuilding, brainstorming/outlining, writing, editing, etc)? I love that brainstorming stage when you share an idea with a mutual/friend/partner and you're both Yes-Anding off of each other's idea. Best advice I can give new fic writers is find a person in the fandom who can be this friend to you, it makes the writing process so much more fun.
