At the moment of enlightenment, everything is dropped—body, mind, all states, all things—everything. At that moment, there is no separate entity that can become enlightened, because there is no I that can experience it.
Enza Vita
True freedom is when all the stories, all the insights, all the realizations, concepts, beliefs and positions dissolve. What remains is what you are; a vast, conscious, luminous space simply resting in itself, not knowing a thing, at the point where all things are possible.

What is Being? And when they say "you just have to Be" what do they mean?
ANON I MUS: The word 'being' or 'just be' (in the spiritual context) is the recognition of your true nature. To Be is to exist, here and now. When your attention is here, you are present (as pure existence). At the deepest level you are not your changeful thoughts, emotions, physical senses and experiences. You are the the awareness of them. You are aware of your thoughts and body, they are not aware of you. You are likened to the vast, changeless, unaffected sky; do not take yourself to be the changing clouds of appearances/experiences. You can never not be yourself. Do not associate your being with any passing experience. It is only our fascination (obsession) with what appears to us (content of experience) that binds us. You are beyond the momentary experiences that come and go in the changeless reality of your SEEING. Rest in the conviction that you are never that which appears, you are always that which is aware. Be aware that you are. Be fascinated with your pure being, notice your silent, perceiving existence. Dissolving identification with what you are not is true spiritual practice, keep returning back to the awareness of Self. Simply know that you are.
I hope this helps, Love and light.
