Diversity Formation, Cluster Structure and the Rise of the Parliament of the Cultural Festival States
At the heart of the social construct theories, diversity formation is basically the result of social construct selection and counter-selection of the self-similar patterns of the fluctuation field. It was believed, in 1990’s, this engineering process would result in increasing importance of certain cultural groups while diminishing the role of some others. It is now well known that this process of diversity formation and management failed and resulted in the formation of many radical unstable social groups. Currently, to bring back social stability, a new discourse called “cultural competency” is being built all around the world to help diverse cultures reach to a common ground. However, in the five-year plan, as we understand it, shared learning is a birth process. It is like an embryo in the womb of the pivot. This embryo must be nurtured in a healthy environment of the civilization-states and not in a fluctuating random environment. We believe the answer lies in the cluster. Its structures can support the rise of the parliament of the world’s cultural festival states to regulate, select, harmonize and manage the global diversity formation processes.
