Help Please

Depressed, suicidal, anxiety, fibromyalgia and a single mom to a beautiful boy. I finally decided to get treatment to get the help I need for my son. I do need help with meal fare, travel fare and some lodging. Please please someone help. I’m running out of time and idk if I’ll ever go to treatment again. It’s the only time I can go.

Fear of Losing Control

I’m scared to lose control. Losing control for me feels like I can’t handle things, that I’m not good enough. Being scared is a red threat throughout my life.

What do you feel when you’re losing control? Is it all in your mind or is it actually happening? I know that losing control isn’t always a bad thing, sometimes is good to lose control. Letting go of things that make you uncomfortable or anxious.

Nobody has control over life, we only have control over how we handle it. 

On my tumblr I share my intervention of how I got out of my comfort-zone  and I would really appreciate it if you could submit or share with me your view on the fear of losing control or other fears.
