This #tbt I'm going back to the beautiful island of Roatan, Honduras. This was a stop we made on the first and only cruise I've ever been on. This island is by far one of the most beautiful places I've ever been. Pictures don't even do it justice! . . I've been feeling a bit burnt out these days. I've been day dreaming of a beachy vacation so badly lately. It probably doesn't help that my honeymoon on an island is about 80 days away! I need it and cannot wait for so many reasons! 🏖️😊 . . Anyone else feel burnt out at work once in a while? Are you taking enough time for yourself to rest and recharge? I'm still learning to do this. I always feel bad for my patients when I call in because I want them to feel better and feel guilty for not showing up for them. This is a lesson I'm slowly but surely learning.
