✖️ LAUFING NOT LAUGHING . Hung out with @bergurdvergur from @laufcycling and got the lowdown on their True Grit gravel bike. Unfortunately, had two recording errors while shooting some video (both my fault) and I have to go back in tomorrow and talk about cool bikes again. 😂😫 . Demos are at @bicycleproshop for one more day! If you haven’t taken the opportunity to try the bike and especially the Grit fork, you’re missing out. ✖️ The People As much as I loved the racing, it was the opportunity to hang out with the teams pre-race and to party with the cycling internet the rest of the night. ✖️ Boredom Riding With Others, Accidentally Was gonna title this, “Sun’s Out, Frank’s Out”, because sunny day and he’s working in them tan lines, but @frankcundiff is always out riding regardless and the skies ended up dumping on us enough that we took shelter under the 14th Street bridged until it passed. ✖️ Selfies Con Internet Frenz . @themollycameron was still hanging around DC/VA on Monday so we took the opportunity to grab coffee and chat all things cross, @dccxrace, industry, and social media. I’ve been following Molly’s career for a long time and despite being internet friends and seeing each other from time to time at trade shows, I had never had a chance to sit down and chat with her. ✖️ I see @rapha_rcc People! . Twice in a week seeing @jordanroe and @matteopistono is a 👌🏻 thing and meeting DC RCC Coordinator @ednessen again (first time was at @jpows CX Camp) was also 👌🏻 Stoked for the new permanent @rapha Clubhouse spot to open!
