Earlier this year I really decided to get serious about my accountability group. I’m down 12lbs of fat and up 8lbs of muscle! . It started as just a 3 month goal for myself but Getting and Staying Fit for life is more about a Lifestyle Change! I’m ready for that new goal and I don’t want to do it alone. .
