Come on! Stop putting so much unnecessary pressure on YourSelf! Did You catch my latest story? Basically, I see so many programs out there trying to capture people’s attention to “fix something in their life” when maybe there’s nothing that needs fixing to begin with! Personal Development has become so trendy that if you’re not working on YourSelf you’re looked down upon. Now, don’t get me wrong, conscious or unconscious, we’re all a “Work in Progress” working on ourselves but it takes a whole lot of intention, devotion, & dedication to make effective sustainable Change! Not everyone wants to put in the hard work. It’s just a fact & I’m ok with that but I’m not for ME! I’m not afraid to say I have High Standards for MySelf & My Life! Those closest to me know this and they also know I hold them to the same. Or... well, sorry to say, many have fallen away this past year. 🤷🏽♀️ Not everyone has to stay in Your Life & You don’t need to exhaust or explain YourSelf! Bottom Line: Stop Being So Darn Hard on YourSelf! Isn’t Life Challenging Enough?
