Feeling better?

I was going to write today. I usually do after I post a story but I can’t get into the mood, which to me says that either my brain has calmed itself from the turmoil of the past few weeks or I’m just repressing these feelings because I don’t want to deal with them.

 I do think it is the latter as I have been feeling in a better mood for the past few weeks. I did have an appointment with my therapist and that seemed to have really helped. She helps to put things into perspective without feeling like I am being talked down to. There are a lot of things currently going on in my life and though physically and mentally I can keep up emotionally I am struggling. The future weeks seem to be calming down for a bit and I have come to terms with other things. I just worry this is a false sense of security. I had for many months been in a sort of hypomania state but suddenly just crashed a few weeks ago and couldn’t pull myself back up out of the hole I was digging myself. Usually my depression episodes last much longer than the hypomania episodes. Maybe this is the result of the meds I have been on for months, maybe it is a result of learning how to deal with my emotions better. Unfortunately I am skeptic and do believe that this is just me pushing off things I don’t want to deal with and it will come back to bite me later. Only time will tell.

self-update & blog update!!!

i’m finally back from the dead!!! *throws confetti* i finally finished one major assignment (just gotta save and submit in the correct formats) and finished doing my photoshoot! need to edit photos soon though :(

i have only been updating my blog with mvs nowadays cause i’m so so busy *wails* i’ll probably kick back into high gear or at least updates once every 2 weeks. i miss my mutuals here so will probably chat soon! feel free to follow and mention me at twitter, at killersuzs! i’m online there more often...  will probably change my tagging system to include trigger warnings etc.

GUYS I DID A THING TO BOOST MY CONFIDENCE!! So my hair was getting boring and now I am UNICORN HAIR and I love it. Just thought I would give a quick update as I feel like I'm slowly turning into a main character of a 2005 anime :D
