October STATS for the DFW!!!! From September to October the average price of Homes and Condos have dropped $1000-3000. People are so use to the phrase “sellers market” that they miss the huge point. Some sellers are really MOTIVATED to sell their homes. So motivated .... that they are giving out amazing concession(s) and placing their home under market value. Let’s also not forget that during the holidays you will probably have less buyer competition.
